English for Tourism and Hospitality

Our English for Tourism and Hospitality course is for travel and tourism professionals who want to improve their English communication in a work environment. The course is designed to meet the special needs of students involved in this industry; it incorporates career-specific vocabulary and contexts.

The objective is to help the students learn relevant vocabulary, phrases and expressions as well as improve their general English skills such as grammar, speaking, listening comprehension and writing using materials such as dialogues, authentic texts and grammar exercises. During the lessons, the main focus will be on activating speaking skills and encouraging participants to communicate in English.

  • Dealing with enquiries

  • Letters and taxes
  • Accommodation
  • Dealing with complaints

In addition to the above, the course may be tailored to provide a deeper insight into areas of tourism or English language issues which are particularly relevant for the participants. The main objective of the course is to prepare the tourism professional to be able to communicate fluently in English in all work situations. C.C. Communication will help you achieve this goal.

Our teachers are experienced professionals and native speakers of English. Because the course focuses on specialized vocabulary, the participants should be familiar with at least the basics of English. If necessary, we can assess their skill levels before the course. The course is arranged to suit the needs, levels and schedules of the students.
